- Kiwanis Club turns over completed restrooms to Preston City. The restroom project, complete with showers for the rodeo and fair grounds, cost $12,228. Money was donated by Kiwanis, $2,000 from K'Anns, $2,000 from Rodeo Committee, plus donations from many in the community.
