Description:
The First Security Bank Building was on the northwest corner of the main intersection (Oneida and State Streets). It was originally the First National Bank, which was merged with First Security in 1931. A year later the interior was modernized and in 1940 the exterior was smoothed over and stuccoed a monolithic white. Quarters were built upstairs for the Elks Lodge.
